The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s store operations in Coconut Creek, Florida, handling inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and promotional and event execution while supporting client service and sales goals. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, with hourly pay of $18.00–$20.50 depending on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Ensure promotional setups are accurate and support event execution to reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
