Sephora, Canutillo TX — Part-Time Operations Associate. Hourly $16.60–$19.30/hr. Support inventory, merchandising and daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and campaign requirements.
  • Assist with event execution and operational tasks that enable an outstanding client experience and help achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain store operational standards, follow company policies, and contribute to a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team, promoting inclusivity and consistent attendance; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying inventory up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge to clients.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality; flexible to work peak retail schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
