Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain accurate, on-brand presentation and execute in-store events.
- Deliver outstanding client service and assist the sales team in achieving store targets.
- Promote an inclusive team culture, demonstrating punctuality, reliability and strong collaboration.
- Uphold company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated time-management capability.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising clients and supporting a team.
- Able to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients and colleagues.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
