Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, compliant and client-centric service.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event readiness.
- Contribute to an exceptional client experience through proactive service and teamwork to help achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to uphold a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain flexible availability for peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and ensure reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and relay information to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment; prior exposure to inventory and merchandising responsibilities preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
