The Retail Operations Associate supports Sephora’s Atlanta store through inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and client service. This permanent, part-time role requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations by managing inventory, replenishing stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Promote an inclusive, open, and collaborative team culture.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment.
