Sephora Canada hiring an Operations Consultant (Part-time, Flex) in Ajax, ON — manage stockroom, POS support and inventory control. CAD$19.20–22.60/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and organize incoming shipments; ensure timely logging and accurate processing of transfers, damages and testers.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and visual merchandising elements to company standards; report missing or damaged props to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory control activities, participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and communicate inventory concerns to supervisory staff.
  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and at the Point-Of-Sale; assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
  • Uphold store presentation and safety standards within the cashier zone and across back-of-house areas; ensure compliance with sampling policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform cross-functional tasks as required, including cashier duties for designated consultants.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven organizational ability, numerical aptitude and competent computer skills.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fragrance-rich environment and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom, merchandising or inventory responsibilities.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
