Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects including store openings, relocations, and renovations.
  • Support site evaluation and lease negotiations for new store locations.
  • Oversee project design, construction, and final handover processes.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora's Design Book and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and landlords.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products and supplies.
  • Organize store implementation in collaboration with the Retail team and HQ support.
  • Foster collaboration across departments including Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or project management.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget planning, management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DENS hub.

Skills

Hands-on mentality with effective prioritization skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration. Problem-solving abilities and resource allocation expertise. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate development, or project management.
