Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor designated brands to ensure sales budget compliance by establishing business agreements for exclusive products or pre-launches.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with brands regarding margins, competitive pricing, and special agreements to maintain a productive catalog.
- Review and analyze global inventory in coordination with the Supply Chain to meet sales objectives and inventory indicators.
- Evaluate and propose the inclusion of attractive market products and brands to Sephora's offerings.
- Develop discount proposals or campaigns for high or low-performing products and generate initiatives for national campaign participation.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Retail to ensure the execution of commercial strategies for the category.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail purchasing.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail sector is required.
