Sephora hiring Retail Marketing Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Lead campaigns and store events for luxury beauty retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the conception and deployment of key consumption period campaigns and secondary positioning statements across all flagship retail locations
- Develop and produce all interior store visibility assets including window displays, activation boutiques, beauty hubs, and service areas in collaboration with European and French category teams
- Monitor and manage the operational execution of event-driven facade rollouts
- Create, develop, and coordinate merchandise collateral and ensure inventory integration through supply chain partnerships
- Orchestrate all event projects including festival organization, pop-up activations, local and national events
- Coordinate event briefs and manage project delivery with internal teams (PR, social media, media relations) and external agencies and vendors
- Serve as the network reference point for all local animation initiatives within commercial centers and retail environments
- Manage event budgets and communicate initiatives to the retail network
- Oversee and coordinate retail store openings, including inaugural events and animation kit deployment
- Pilot store inaugurations and liaise with agencies and internal teams across all functional areas
- Design and produce flagship-specific merchandise collateral with vendor partners and ensure proper supply chain integration
- Create promotional signage linked to assigned campaign positioning
- Develop pricing signage for key consumption periods in collaboration with internal category teams and external partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in events and/or retail sectors
- Highly organized, thorough, and autonomous in execution
- Creative with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and teams
- Proven capacity to prioritize and manage time efficiently in complex, fast-evolving environments
- Strong marketing sensibility and business acumen
- Fluent English proficiency (oral and written) is mandatory
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of project management experience in the events and/or retail sectors, with demonstrated success in executing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns and activations.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, or a related discipline.
