Sephora seeks Retail Marketing Project Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Manage brand portfolios and retail projects on a fixed-term contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational deployment of brand portfolios, category projects, and merchandising initiatives across store network
  • Coordinate brand projects with internal departments including merchandising, operations, design, e-commerce, media, and selective brand partners
  • Conceptualize, commission, and oversee production and deployment of fixtures, merchandising supports, and trade marketing activations
  • Prioritize activities during peak retail periods (RDVO, SMARTS) according to strategic plans and ensure adherence to technical specifications and planograms
  • Pilot distribution files, project timelines, deliveries, store layouts, and operational implementation; prepare monthly and annual reporting to direct manager
  • Manage associated budgets, procurement requests, ROI tracking through Anaplan, BDC entries, and monthly reconciliation
  • Serve as fragrance category lead and cross-functional liaison; oversee smart files and strategic project controls
  • Conduct recurring store visits, competitive monitoring, and propose enhancements to store image and merchandising
  • Oversee Print Factory optimization, catalog development, project coordination, inventory management, and annual planning
  • Direct store openings and renovations, including installation coordination, budget management, and quality control support
  • Supervise apprentice and provide training and guidelines to store teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in visual merchandising or trade marketing
  • Experience in selective distribution retail or luxury beauty brands (highly desirable)
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with refined visual sensibility
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential
