Sephora — Neuilly-sur-Seine: Retail Marketing Coordination Intern (6-month internship starting Sep 2026) supporting store activations and openings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Marketing Operations Manager in day-to-day coordination and execution of in-store marketing initiatives.
- Create, coordinate and deliver the in-store animation book (network and Champs-Élysées): content creation, proofreading, internal follow-ups and final communication to stores.
- Assist coordination of 2026 store openings and renovations: liaise with brands and external suppliers, monitor interventions, travel to stores and ensure retail marketing requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance of brand furniture and merchandising fixtures for store launches and manage photographer shoots for inaugurations.
- Monitor annual merchandising movements (RDPC): track outstanding movements, prepare 2027 movement files, request corrective actions from suppliers or brands, and manage daily store requests via the forum.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in business, marketing or a related discipline.
- Available for a 6-month internship beginning September 2026 in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine.
- Operational, autonomous, rigorous, organized and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
