Sephora is recruiting a Retail Marketing Assistant for a six-month internship starting in March 2027, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine with hybrid working. The role supports France-wide retail campaigns, promotional operations, Print Factory projects and communications with the store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to implementing the France Animation Plan by following up on supplier briefs, updating campaign summaries, coordinating and preparing the retail handbook for the store network, regularly visiting stores to check each campaign change is implemented, and launching specific operations.
- Manage the Print Factory platform by setting up internal requests as projects, coordinating across Retail Marketing, Services and Operational Communications, following production, delivery and online publication by providers or external agencies, and tracking project listings and progress.
- Deploy and produce promotional operations by preparing briefs for providers, following the graphic production process from design through store delivery, and compiling France promotional operations.
- Manage internal communications with the store network by handling store requests through the internal forum and drafting TO DO messages to support correct implementation of in-store operations.
Qualifications
- Proactive, rigorous, organized, operational and autonomous.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills
Education
Bac +4/5 level, such as a business school or university.
