Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operational coordination for new store openings and renovations, including vendor brief development and design validation
- Manage equipment procurement and point-of-sale marketing materials in collaboration with brands, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop and distribute store implementation guides to franchisees and on-site teams
- Conduct regional store visits to verify correct installation of trade placements and visual merchandising
- Publish operational communications to the 300-store network regarding action items and campaign rollouts
- Assess network needs through surveys and daily service ticket management
- Collect and consolidate feedback from store visits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Support ad-hoc projects including furniture deployment and branded point-of-sale material production
- Provide pre- and post-installation support to store teams, including troubleshooting and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5) or final-year student eligible for end-of-studies internship or gap year placement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with luxury and cosmetics sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
