Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of the 2026 France Animation Plan across the French network.
- Follow up on supplier briefs and merchandising tests.
- Update animation files and ensure proper coordination of animations.
- Develop the animation book for the network of 300 stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation.
- Deploy and produce store signage, including briefing suppliers and overseeing the graphic chain from design to delivery.
- Coordinate timings and stakeholders for store signage.
- Manage operational communication with the network, including handling store requests and drafting communications to ensure proper execution of operations.
- Coordinate store opening/reopening events, including supplier briefings and coordination between store, headquarters, and service providers.
- Support the implementation of transversal projects and local operations, such as creating branded items, activating gift cards, and managing the Friends & Family campaign.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business school or university (Bac +4/5).
- Operational and autonomous with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Photoshop is a plus.

Experience
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or those starting their career in retail marketing.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
