Sephora — Lyon: Apprenticeship Sales Manager role (Alternance) to co-lead a store department and develop retail leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the commercial activity of a designated department or axis (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) in partnership with the store management.
  • Organize and plan team schedules and daily operations to deliver sales targets and service excellence.
  • Implement and animate commercial development levers in line with the store’s business and human development plan.
  • Support and contribute to the department’s commercial project by proposing initiatives to grow sales and improve customer experience.
  • Motivate, coach and develop Sales Advisors around shared objectives to ensure exceptional client moments and sustained performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/Bac+4) minimum; enrolled in or preparing for a Master 1 or Master 2 in commercial/retail management as part of an alternance programme.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership potential with an eagerness to animate and develop teams.
  • Result-driven mindset and readiness to take on new challenges in a dynamic retail environment.
