Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in day-to-day retail operations and execution of sales initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product consultations, demonstrations and personalised recommendations.
- Assist with visual merchandising and in-store brand presentation to maintain Sephora’s standards.
- Contribute to stock management activities including inventory counts, replenishment and shrink control.
- Help coordinate and support store events, product launches and promotional activity.
- Prepare basic operational reports, sales reconciliations and assist with POS transactions when required.
- Participate in training activities for new hires and help reinforce service and selling techniques on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in beauty, cosmetics and luxury retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Available to work a full-time internship schedule with a hybrid working arrangement as required.
- Legal right to work in Romania.

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Suitable for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on exposure to store operations and retail management.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
