Sephora Retail Intern position in Changzhou, supporting store operations and customer experience in a selective retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in coordination with store beauty advisors
- Provide operational and sales support to the retail team
- Assist with customer membership relationship management initiatives
- Support store merchandising, stock receiving, and gift-wrapping services
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Genuine passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication ability
- Availability for a minimum of 2 days per week (including weekends)
- Prior retail experience preferred
