Sephora Madrid: Temporary Retail HR Business Partner (maternity cover) to support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations across the Iberian store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for the store network, ensuring timely coverage of open positions
- Collaborate with regional managers and store leadership to identify talent acquisition needs and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners
- Support talent development and retention initiatives across the retail network while monitoring key metrics including turnover and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and personnel management protocols across all retail locations
- Serve as an HR partner to store teams and regional managers, providing guidance on employee relations and personnel management matters
- Track and analyze HR metrics including absenteeism, turnover, and talent development outcomes
- Prepare reports and presentations to support business decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar HR roles or related human resources positions
- University degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, or related disciplines
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment processes, talent development, and personnel management
- Immediate availability to commence employment
- Availability to travel periodically throughout Iberia
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to retail or multi-location point-of-sale environments. Prior experience supporting retail operations and store networks is valued.
Education
University degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, or related disciplines is required.
