Sephora Paris is hiring a Retail HR Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support HR administration and recruitment at Rivoli & La Canopée.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director and regional HRBP in daily personnel administration, including contract entry, extensions and maintenance of employee records.
- Coordinate occupational health appointments (pre-employment, periodic visits) and manage follow-ups for long-term absence returns.
- Create and maintain team schedules; ensure accurate publication of posting boards and internal communications.
- Draft and publish job advertisements, pre-screen candidates and present shortlisted profiles to Store Directors.
- Organise and conduct candidate interviews via phone, Zoom and in-person; plan and operate local recruitment events.
- Contribute to local school and campus partnerships to support talent pipelines and employer-brand activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme with specialisation in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear business orientation and service mindset.
- Proactive, curious and creative with the ability to propose improvements in a dynamic retail environment.
- Comfortable using social media and digital channels for employer branding and candidate sourcing.
- Team player who thrives on challenges and demonstrates agility in a fast-changing business.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level: suitable for students or recent graduates pursuing a Bac+4/5 in HR. Previous internship experience in HR or exposure to retail operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or pursuing a Master's level degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
