Sephora in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Alternance Retail Graphic Design Assistant (internship) — 12–24 month apprenticeship; English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail graphic design team in adapting creative concepts for in-store activations and commercial campaigns.
- Prepare execution documents and produce print‑ and web‑ready files (POS, flyers, posters, newsletters) in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Perform photoshoot follow-up and image retouching; create Photoshop simulations and visual comps for review.
- Create and localise multi-language layouts from brand briefs and technical specifications.
- Monitor creative and retail design trends and contribute ideas to merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure timely production and quality control of retail materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completing a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme in graphic design, visual communication or equivalent — alternance placement for 12 or 24 months.
- Proven proficiency with Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Organised, rigorous and detail-oriented with a professional and positive demeanour.
- Creative and curious, with strong verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English (explicitly required).

Early‑career / beginner level: suitable for students in Bac+4/5 seeking a 12–24 month alternance. Professional experience is not mandatory beyond portfolio work and coursework; prior internships in retail or agency environments are advantageous.
