Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new store openings, refits, renovations, and defits.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, implement, and execute key deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to design specifications.
  • Conduct project cost forecasting, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Manage project tendering, negotiation, and approvals.
  • Coordinate procurement and store fit-out elements.
  • Ensure compliance with certifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Resolve design and construction RFIs and manage the defects process.
  • Maintain project files, drawings, and records.
  • Strengthen contractor and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Retail Development Project Manager in a specialty or luxury retail environment.
  • Experience in building/construction management.
  • Proficiency in managing project documentation and interpreting complex contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the retail market.
  • IT capabilities across Office 365 and project management platforms.
  • Experience with AUTOCAD is advantageous.
