Sephora Warsaw: Full-time Retail Consultant position at Sadyba location—deliver beauty expertise and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Match appropriate cosmetics products to individual customer needs through consultative selling
- Actively pursue sales targets and drive revenue performance
- Build lasting customer relationships through Sephora Attitude service standards
- Maintain product presentation including store cleanliness, stock rotation, and shelf replenishment
Qualifications
- Natural aptitude for building client relationships
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong teamwork orientation with commitment to collective goals
- Full availability including selected Saturdays and retail-trading Sundays
- Communicative English language proficiency (preferred)
- Makeup application expertise (preferred)
