Sephora Sales Consultant position in São Paulo, Brazil—deliver beauty expertise and drive client satisfaction in retail luxury beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism upon store entry
  • Provide specialized and cordial service by identifying customer needs through effective consultation and recommending appropriate products
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to customers and maintain current awareness of market trends
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Sephora's promotional concepts and event standards
  • Participate actively and motivationally as a productive team member, supporting inventory control and quality assurance
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions when authorized
  • Apply and demonstrate product usage to customers as required
  • Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision, serving as a point of reference in your assigned area
  • Contribute to loss prevention programs and expense reduction initiatives without compromising service quality
  • Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional professional development opportunities
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new consultants
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information and uphold LVMH Code of Ethics and Conduct

Qualifications

  • Secondary education (high school) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience and demonstrated communication skills
  • Logical reasoning and attention to organizational detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues in Portuguese
  • Flexibility and availability to work scheduled retail hours, including potential weekend and evening shifts
  • Adherence to professional dress code standards
  • Consistent and reliable presence
