Sephora — Paris La Défense: Retail Business Process Owner to lead regional store systems, SAP S/4 deployments and UAT.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse and consolidate regional retail requirements for back‑office applications (e.g., BOSS/SAP, PDA and other in‑store digital tools).
  • Translate regional needs into validated functional specifications and ensure correct configuration within SAP S/4 and connected ERP/back‑office systems.
  • Contribute to target process design by integrating regional specificities, operational constraints and opportunities for digitalisation and simplification.
  • Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT): validate requirements, document defects and ensure compliance with business and legal needs.
  • Coordinate change management activities: communicate project status, produce training materials, deliver training sessions and act as primary regional contact for end‑users.
  • Support deployment and hypercare for SAP S/4 and digital in‑store back‑office rollouts; monitor go‑live, resolve or escalate incidents and capture user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Share best practices across markets and act as the voice of the retail business within regional and global tech teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' professional experience with significant exposure to retail operations and store workflows.
  • Proven experience in ERP projects or retail systems implementations (design, testing, deployment and hypercare).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills in an international environment.
  • Comfortable with change management, training delivery and creation of localized operational documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesise regional requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Experience
