Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty advice and product recommendations to customers across all departments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to and understanding customer needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage techniques for beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness items
- Promote Sephora's loyalty program and encourage customer enrollment and engagement
- Actively observe and stay informed about new products, iconic brands, and current beauty trends
- Multitask effectively during high-volume trading periods and peak customer footfall
- Participate in cross-training opportunities and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and support collective sales objectives
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
