Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Educate clients on product benefits and beauty techniques to support their confidence journeys
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through effective client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Sephora Canada policies and standards to maintain safe, secure shopping experiences
