Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cashier procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist store managers in maintaining inventory balance.

- Passion for the beauty industry and willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including two days off per week and eight-hour shifts.
