Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
  • Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
  • Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Prepare product displays in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
  • Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
