Role & Responsibilities
- Create welcoming and inspiring customer experiences by actively listening to and understanding individual beauty needs
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations across Sephora's cosmetics, fragrance, makeup, and skincare ranges
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of the CRM loyalty program
- Maintain exceptional store presentation through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to store sales goals and promote special events, promotions, and brand priorities
- Participate in in-store beauty training sessions to master iconic brands and product lines
- Support team members through cross-training and knowledge sharing with fellow Beauty Advisors
- Adapt quickly to changing store priorities and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, makeup, and skincare trends
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and team relationships
- Reliable and consistent attendance record
- Comfort working a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and before/after store hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with authentic personal style and presence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail environments. Experience demonstrating product expertise and building customer relationships is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty, cosmetics, or retail certifications are advantageous.
