Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and exams, as well as various brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring shelves and drawers are clean.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including two days off per week, with an eight-hour workday.
