Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training, as well as brand and in-store training sessions, to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Prepare product displays in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exceptional customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
