Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments
- Guide customers in discovering features and benefits of products and the Sephora loyalty programme
- Demonstrate product knowledge and share expertise on latest beauty trends and techniques
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Multitask effectively during peak trading periods, particularly Thursday to Sunday
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Support store operations during high-volume trading times with flexibility on late-night and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics products
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to customer and operational needs
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
