Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultancy to customers across cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments
- Create a welcoming store environment and build lasting client relationships through attentive listening and product knowledge
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Sephora's CRM loyalty programme
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and beauty expert training sessions to expand product knowledge
- Share expertise with team members and collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to elevate the customer experience
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends and new product launches
- Support store operations during peak trading periods, including Thursday to Sunday and evening shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail or customer-facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and wellness
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, or beauty preferred; however, candidates with proven customer service excellence in other sectors will be considered.
Education
No formal tertiary education required. High school completion or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position is AUD 29.06 per hour.
