Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and understanding customer needs.
- Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
