Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and understanding individual client needs
- Provide expert product knowledge across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Promote and educate customers on Sephora's CRM programme benefits and features
- Participate in cross-training and beauty expert training sessions to deepen product and trend knowledge
- Mentor fellow Beauty Advisors and share best practices with the retail team
- Observe and communicate emerging beauty trends and new product innovations to enhance customer recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
