Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming customer experience by actively listening to and understanding customer needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Educate customers on CRM program features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience
- Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and fellow team members
- Support store operations and contribute to team performance
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products
