Sephora Retail Assistant role in Melbourne, Australia. Full-time beauty advisor position at Chadstone store with $29.06/hr plus superannuation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in discovering Sephora's product offerings across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
- Provide personalized product recommendations and guidance to help customers become the best version of themselves
- Promote and educate customers on the benefits of Sephora's CRM program
- Maintain welcoming store environment and build lasting relationships with clients
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand product knowledge
- Share knowledge and collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors and store team members
- Deliver consistent customer service during peak trading times Thursday to Sunday including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Availability for 3 full days per week across Thursday to Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts
- Openness to cross-training and continuous learning
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products

Entry-level retail or customer-facing experience required. Previous experience in beauty retail or customer service environments is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 29.06 per hour.
