Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment that listens to and addresses unique customer needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings
- Guide customers in discovering Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to enhance their loyalty and experience
- Support team members through knowledge sharing and collaborative beauty advisor relationships
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand product expertise
- Maintain awareness of new beauty products and emerging trends to advise customers effectively
- Work flexibly across key trading times, including Thursday to Sunday, evening, and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Availability for 3+ full days per week, with flexibility for late-night and weekend trading hours
- Passion for beauty products and commitment to helping customers discover their best selves

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is AUD 36.33 per hour.
