Sephora Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) position at Fountain Gate, Melbourne. Casual, part-time role at $36.33/hr plus superannuation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and listening to customer needs
- Educate customers on product features and benefits across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Promote and support the Sephora CRM program to enhance customer loyalty and engagement
- Maintain current knowledge of products, trends, and beauty techniques through continuous learning initiatives
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and maintain team cohesion
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
