Sephora Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) role in Melbourne, Australia on a casual, part-time basis at $36.33/hr plus superannuation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, personalized customer service by listening to client needs and recommending suitable products across all departments
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and the Sephora CRM program to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning via the online learning platform and in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Collaborate with and support fellow Beauty Advisors, sharing knowledge and participating in team-wide product training
- Observe and communicate emerging beauty trends and new product launches to clients and team members
- Participate in cross-training across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories to broaden expertise
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passion for beauty, emerging trends, and product discovery
- Ability to create welcoming, inclusive environments for diverse customer needs
