Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in discovering the best beauty products and solutions tailored to their unique needs
- Provide expert product knowledge across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Guide customers through Sephora's CRM loyalty program and its benefits
- Maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment that embraces customer diversity
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends and product innovations
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and fellow team members
- Support the store team in delivering an exceptional retail experience
Qualifications
