Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings to help them become the best version of themselves
- Create a welcoming environment by actively listening to customer needs and providing personalised product recommendations
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM programme and encourage programme participation
- Maintain awareness of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques to share informed knowledge with customers and team members
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand product and brand knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers and fellow team members through excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative engagement
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of luxury beauty brands
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience
