Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing a welcoming, attentive environment that addresses individual customer needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products and assist customers in discovering optimal product selections
- Educate customers on Sephora's CRM program and its benefits, encouraging enrollment and membership engagement
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and attend in-store beauty expert sessions to continuously expand product knowledge
- Share expertise with team members and actively collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to maintain store standards
- Maintain availability for peak trading periods, including Thursday through Sunday, late-night, and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
