Sephora Retail Assistant position in Melbourne, Australia – part-time beauty advisor role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in discovering beauty solutions tailored to their unique needs and preferences
- Provide product guidance across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings
- Educate customers on features and benefits of the Sephora CRM loyalty program
- Participate in ongoing training sessions delivered by in-store beauty experts and field trainers
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning via the proprietary online platform
- Collaborate with the Beauty Advisor team to support cross-departmental initiatives and product launches
- Create a welcoming, inclusive store environment that reflects Sephora's commitment to diversity and discovery
