Sephora Werribee: Part-time Retail Assistant role at new store opening in Melbourne; AU$28.08/hr + super and weekend loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and listening to customers' unique beauty needs
- Assist customers in discovering Sephora's product offerings across all departments—cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and wellness
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program and encourage enrollment to enhance their shopping experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of iconic beauty brands and share product expertise with both customers and fellow Beauty Advisors
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to foster a collaborative store environment
- Provide availability across peak trading periods (Thursday to Sunday) including late-night and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty trends and product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Minimum 3 full days of availability per week during key trading times
- Openness to continuous learning and professional development
