Sephora seeks a part-time Retail Assistant in Heidelberg, supporting beauty services, store operations, stock replenishment, and customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, staff productivity and engagement, stock availability and replenishment efficiency, compliance with operational routines, turnover against targets, category development, retail KPIs, inventory scheduling, sickness rates, and employee turnover.
- Provide short services across all departments and support beauty classes.
- Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising specifications and maintain the assortment and merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean sales-floor fixtures and products.
- Receive, warehouse, and stock goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Support merchandising updates, including conversions and construction.
- Carry out inventories and operate the cash register.
- Complete additional tasks related to daily business.
- Track conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, customer feedback and satisfaction, and number of services.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
- First experience in retail, customer advice, and customer interaction.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent English or the country's native language.
