Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and listening to individual customer needs
- Educate customers on product features and benefits across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories
- Promote Sephora's CRM loyalty program and guide customers in maximizing its benefits
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand product knowledge
- Collaborate effectively with team members and share beauty trends and product expertise with fellow Beauty Advisors
