Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to customers across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories, helping them discover products aligned with their unique needs
- Maintain and continuously expand knowledge of Sephora's iconic brands and the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the CRM loyalty program and support enrollment
- Participate in regular cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to develop product expertise
- Build authentic relationships with customers and team members through attentive listening and personalized service
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment that celebrates diversity and empowers customer discovery
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers and team members
