Seasonal Retail Assistant at Sephora Chermside, Brisbane (Nov 2026–Jan 2027): $36.33/hr + loadings. Beauty Advisor role with training & growth potential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and assist customers in becoming the best version of themselves through expert product knowledge across all beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments
- Create an engaging customer experience by listening to individual needs and building strong client relationships
- Demonstrate new products and share knowledge of iconic brands to help customers discover features and benefits
- Promote and educate customers on Sephora's loyalty program offerings
- Multitask efficiently during peak trading periods (Thursday–Sunday, including late-night and weekend shifts)
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to expand technical expertise
- Maintain knowledge of the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning on the online platform
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Full availability throughout November 2026 through January 2027 inclusive
- Availability across key trading times, including Thursday–Sunday, late-night, and weekend shifts
- Demonstrated passion for beauty products and willingness to share knowledge with customers and team members

Beginner-level retail or customer-facing sales experience required; prior beauty retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
