Sephora Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) position in Indooroopilly, Brisbane—part-time luxury beauty retail role with LVMH career opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing individual customer needs
- Provide expert guidance on beauty products, skincare regimens, haircare solutions, and wellness offerings across all departments
- Educate customers on Sephora's CRM program and its benefits for their beauty journey
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously expand product and brand knowledge
- Support team members and share expertise with fellow Beauty Advisors
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends and new product launches
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
